We have a 30-day issue policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue.
Because Champion’s Spark products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, or changes of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at info@champions-spark.com within 30 days of delivery.
To help us evaluate the issue, please include:
-Your order number
-A clear photo of the affected item
-A description of the issue
If multiple products are affected by the same issue, please include a photo or video showing all affected items together.
If the issue is approved, Champion’s Spark may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not send an item back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Incorrect Size or Color
Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size or color.
Please carefully review the product information and size guide before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
All Champion’s Spark products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. If you would like a different size or color, you may place a new order.
Refunds
If your item is approved for a refund due to damage, a defect, or a manufacturing issue, we will notify you once the issue has been reviewed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
